frustration that's probably playing out with most people is all of this time, all of this investment, all of this these resources that are being put into these young guys, and then they're literally being just cherry picked and they're gone.

He'll go in on a a a a rookie, you know, category B contract worth about maybe sixty thousand dollars, which is equivalent to about thirty five thousand euro here.

But he may only spend a year, year and a half in that and he can be then added to a senior roster where, you know, there's no cap on that.

And currently there are guys earning up to a million.

Look, it's it's it's it's a burning issue and uh is one that I don't know anybody probably wants to take on.

But I think, you know

Obviously Derek Hint is in incoming um you know Okhthron uh i off the GA and I think this will be really high on his agenda in terms of I think rather than putting a stop sign in front of guys, maybe a stay sign, I would say, and how can they incentivize um guys to stay?

You know, can they can they introduce mechanisms within the systems?

Even I was thinking of lately like that they would, you know

Have more connection with the academies that are run in the in the counties and understand these really kind of what I would call generational players that are being developed.

And can they put them on a pathway then like in terms of like what I would call, you know, your your potential high performers, that they that they circle these guys before the Aussies do and offer them incentives and say that we will invest in you, we'll invest maybe in bursaries for your college, gear, more remittance, bits and

pieces to just to to put a scaffolding around them and say, you know
