That was one of the worst rulings in the Supreme Court history of this country.

That then codified, and the difference, let me go back to what you said.

You said that Africans sold, conquered Africans into slaves.

There's a key distinction.

They sold slaves that were conquered in war.

They did not create a caste-based system based on a genetic factor of skin color.

That's a key distinction that you are not gonna, I'm not gonna let you avoid that in this debate.

So can you acknowledge that the Africans that sold conquered slaves were doing so under a different system?

However wrong it may be, there is a key difference between selling someone into slavery and then codifying, which is what white Americans did.

They created a caste system based around a non-determinable, non-self-determinable genetic factor.
