Some Trump supporters interpreted that as a threat and James Comey very quickly took the post down and said that he had no idea that people would interpret that as a threat against the president's physical safety.

and he would never do that kind of threat or engage in violence, so he took it down.

This indictment now charges James Comey with threatening to harm or kill the President of the United States.

And there are many even conservatives who have said this indictment has really concerning First Amendment issues.
