And I don't think I think he knows that.

And I don't think he's ready for that.

I don't know where they put you when you get found.

The only way he goes to jail is if he's found in contempt, which with his behavior may be a possibility.

If he's found guilty of this crime, he's not going to prison, though.

He's not going to jail.

The only charge, I mean, if you look at his federal sentencing guidelines, even for the classified documents case and the insurrection case, I mean, he doesn't have a criminal history.

So his criminal history is zero.

And the charge, the federal sentencing guidelines, I don't even think those would put him in jail.

I think the only way that he would end up in jail would be if he's found guilty of those RICO charges in Georgia whenever that time comes.

This week, I'm just looking for the table to be set.

I think this case is a little bit like unsweet tea, which is it ain't the strongest case in the world.

I don't think it's the most exciting.

I don't think it's the most ripe.

I do think the president, former president committed a crime.

So you have to prosecute it.

But I just don't.

I'm looking to see what the prosecution knows that the rest of the American public does not.

Oh, I know.

Well, I mean, Michael Cohen, trust me, I said both of them were a crime.
