the most three depending on where it is but the i mean where i mean what the round is called depending on the program but it typically is uh you know ending by jan 15th or worst case jan 31st because anything later than that it's going to be a nightmare getting everything ready international applicants definitely really are not good for round three that's for sure yeah and as you were rightly saying uh for some of the overrepresented applicant pool which we have many of
Like an IT male applicant and so on.
You really want to get in first and be that representative from that pool.
So I think it's also a question of the early bird.
um, who comes gets a worm kind of a thing.
So, and how does it differ, uh, you know, in North America versus Europe versus Asia, uh, when you think of round one.
It's about what they're capable of, right?
And one of my clients the other day was saying that I'm just like, I have rust on my brain.

I just wish they would start early and earlier.
