Um we have no members of the public aside from applicant agents or municipalities signed on any of the items, pH one through four.

Um pH one and two are recertifications of local map um amendments in the cities of Tamarack and Fort Lauderdale and both cities have waived the quasi-judicial hearing on those.

Um I think I said staff recommends approval.

Um item page three is a map amendment in the town of Southwest Ranches um from agricultural to commerce um a pa as part of the uh Southwest Ranches implementation of their um business district along Highway 27.

Staff recommends approval of that proposed amendment recognizing the applicants' voluntary commitment to restrict the development to a develop a maximum of 716,000 square feet of commercial and industrial uses.
