Um the staff has no objection to the proposed amendment and also uh that does recognize that the um applicant is mitigating off site um and adjacent uh to the restoration um of wetland uh just adjacent to the site. podcast-host

We had two other environmentally sensitive land um podcast-host

uh amendment amendments that were on the agenda and Dania Beach and the city of Pompano Beach and you had a very robust discussion that day about the process. podcast-host

And as a reminder, um we did just um expedite uh the resequencing of the events to move that forward ra uh rapidly um to take care of that in the county land use plan. podcast-host
