That's already in process and now this is kind of coming up uh behind it in in many of these cases.

So, Planning Council staff, based on your discussion at the May meeting, we talked to Andy about how we could kind of formulate the recommendation here as not objecting to it, understanding that we do need a resequencing of this to mimic the wetlands process, which how that is managed is through the licensing and permitting process.
