Um I was we're looking I I believe at an August public hearing for the planning council that could go to September just based on a shift for this.

I had already shifted it, but you know time will tell and we're still looking um at completing this process by spring um of twenty twenty six.

And I think that that's still in the future.

Um we're just at the point where there's actual content to discuss and um everyone um has input and wants to um add their uh add their take on the policies.

They are all recertifications of local plans.

PH one is a quasi-judicial um for the city of Sunrise for their metropolical metropolitan activity center.

They're invoking um

the local uh increase of residential uses and uh and office uses there and that's why it's quasi judicial and then items two and three are uh Danew Beach and Lighthouse Point.
