So item R four, uh just a couple of housekeeping items related to meeting dates.

Uh the first thing would be um the October meeting date.

I had emailed you because the county commission was going to take your October twenty second date.

So we shifted you to October twenty ninth.

They did not in fact take that meeting date.

So I know that there's an MPO function on the twenty second.

So if you want to we can still we still have this room for October twenty ninth if that date uh work still works for you.

Then the combined uh Nov November, December meeting date.

Uh December third uh seems to be the leader on that.

I had eleven uh members respond and I had eleven for December third and nine for December tenth.

Um so we can put that on the books for December.

Um and we did include in your court and your uh backup materials um under the executive director's report the letter from Florida Commerce.

Uh the county commission, you may recall, transmitted the Broward Next um amendments to the state in June, and we did receive a finding of null and void per Senate Bill 180 that the
