Incentive based amendments that were transmitted were found to be more restrictive and burdensome on uh two pieces of them.

Took us several weeks.

We were able to have a call with Florida Commerce, and we have found a path forward that we were able to proceed to adoption with the county commission if they so desire.

Florida Commerce to see if you're able to resolve their concerns, which we were able to very easily do.

Um and uh so we will be proceeding uh with the packet for adoption, but I just wanted to alert you to uh two minor changes um that will be made to the uh the adoption package.

Uh we have two public hearing items on the agenda today, uh recertification two sites in the city of Tamarack.

Um and then um item two is in the city of Coral Springs.

The both cities have waived their quasi judicial proceedings that we have no one signed in to speak other than applicant agents or local governments.
