Gosh, you're asking really good questions.
I'm having to think hard about my answers.
I think, how do I keep myself?
I think there's just that in me.
I care about people.
I genuinely care about people.
Yes.
And I care about outcomes.
And for me, there's not a single story that I do that I don't think about why.
Why am I doing this?
Whether it's a business story or...
there has to be a why like why are people why would people need to know about this why why am i doing this story why why why why why um and i think that keeps me grounded um in terms of being soft i'm not really soft in my professional career unless
I'm dealing with people who just need a bit of gentleness.
Then I am, I can see it.
But I think for the most part, I think my job is to challenge.
And you're good at it.
Yeah.
I do enjoy it.
