You would think if there's a giant red and black screwdriver there, he'd say, I don't know, there's a screwdriver here or something.

But no, they didn't do that.

And so there's just a lot of, again, a lot of evidence that should be there that isn't.
There's a lot of evidence that is there that frankly shouldn't be.
And there are these constantly changing stories such that here we are 10 months later and people still don't know, was the rifle ever disassembled after the shot or not?
Like that, that shouldn't be a question at this point, but it's a question because they screwed the story up every step of the way.
I think it's unusual they didn't bring a medical examiner in to give some preliminary testimony.
I do think that's unusual.
I expected to hear from one, either the one who did it or the supervising medical examiner.
We heard from neither.
That's a little unusual because this is highly specific, highly specialized testimony.
