And that's going to be hard to explain because they're going to have to come up with some reason that puts him in Orem that was not intending to result in the death of Charlie Kirk.

Even if their answer is, oh, he was just going to drive the getaway car.
He was just going to throw the clothes away afterwards.
He was just going to transport people up there.
He was the gopher just in case they needed something.
I mean, you're basically admitting you're complicit in a criminal conspiracy to murder a man.
Like, that's not an ideal defense.

I think at this stage, he's not even been found that there's probable cause.
