And the jury, I mean the judge, excuse me, sitting as magistrate in the preliminary hearing, found sufficient probable cause to bind that charge over to a jury.

And a jury will have to make a determination on that.

Selection will will come when the trial is set.

So we won't know a lot about it before then.

You know, questionnaires will go out ahead of time.

There might be some leaks of people who got a copy of the questionnaire or who have been selected to be on the panel and they somehow leak it out that they've been selected.

Uh so we might get some some leaky information uh in advance of trial, but I doubt it.

I mean, typically you don't.

There'll be some things that happen between the October 23rd um pretrial conference and the actual trial date.

There'll be a lot of motions filed.

There'll be expert hearings.
