If some of the juries, uh some of the jur potential jurors, uh listen to any of those types of shows.

So the state has an interesting burden in that it's greatly reduced from what we normally think of with a criminal trial.
So in a criminal trial, we normally think of beyond reasonable doubt, almost absolutely certain, however you want to word it.
With a preliminary hearing, the burden is actually much reduced from there.
And the defense is limited as to what the challenges to the evidence produced to the judge.
So.
The state comes in.
All they have to show is that there is some basis to take this thing to trial.
There's some basis that a judge can say, you know what?
