We only go through, we go through our lives once.
But it's interesting because I think if I were to, if I were to do it again, I would be much more knowledgeable about the impact of trauma on so many things.
You know, in people's lives.
And, you know, on the one hand, we're all, you know, let's not make any mistake.
The five of us on the show here right now, we all have our own traumas that we all, you know, deal with in our own ways.
Hopefully, we're learning to do it more healthily.
I guess, moving forward than not.
And I guess I'm struck by this idea of resilience, not as a way to explain away trauma.
Well, don't worry, Sam, as you were talking about.
Well, no, because we're resilient.
you know, we live with our trauma all the time and have it for 400 years.
I mean, on the good side, you survived, okay?
Well, see, I have a problem with that.
But, you know, and yet, no, I know that.
I got my seatbelt on, so don't worry.
I know Stan and Clarence and DeAndre, they won't panic or anything.
But what's coming for me is...
are there some nuggets within being resilient?
