It's a Swiss foundation, which is, I've been told, I'm not a lawyer, but I've been told is very difficult to change.
And its job is sort of the guardian of the values and the mission of Proton.
So if Proton the company were to stray from that mission, the Proton Foundation would be empowered to correct the correct course, if that makes sense.

And as long as he is in charge, I don't think that'll be necessary.
But if he gets hit by the bus, there's a corporate structure which is designed to protect the mission going forward and to make sure the company doesn't stray.
