But through the knowledge I had, just a lot of my degree, but also a lot of self-study, reading books, et cetera, I was able to

So then I slowly started kind of adding that more into my kind of like basic
training and nutrition business, if that makes sense.

I'm not sure if this is answering your question correctly because I'm a little bit confused, but for clients, I feel like their biggest challenge is they don't know what, like they don't know the root cause.
They get done a lot of blood work and the blood work comes back as normal when they're obviously not normal.
Like I know that was me.
I got my hormones tested through blood and they're like, wow, your hormones are perfect.
I'm like, yeah, but like
Why haven't I had a period in a year?
And why do I have all this acne on my face?
And it's just like this dead end circle of your labs are fine.
Even if they aren't fine, here's some birth control.
So I feel like the biggest struggle is finding a doctor that
has an open mind to also let you partner with someone who's holistic and just really advocating for yourself.
