I've got a few pages that I'm not going to read because I know you guys are really giving energy, but I just want to remind you this one thing.

This issue is not about choosing nature over progress.

It's about recognizing that Broward County, here in Broward County, nature is infrastructure.

So we just have to remember that.

We also hope that you won't be revisiting this, that we hope that if you do vote, like you say you're gonna vote, know on this that it doesn't be revisited, and that you actually maybe think about transitioning this land into possibly a sanctuary.

I know you visited it, and it's a beautiful place.

You asked a question, at least actually the applicant asked a question about why would he buy this land if he didn't think he could develop it?

Well, the answer is unfortunately, from my experience living in here for 30 years, is that all too often boards like this, government just goes ahead and removes the designation.

So that's the reason why these people do it.

And the gentleman was correct.

It has been death by a thousand cuts.
