Why do you deserve reparations?

You're being a victim.

You were never enslaved.

I was never a slave owner.

You don't deserve reparations.

You haven't even discussed that there were black slave owners that enslaved black people.

There were?

Yes.

I think there was anywhere between three to four thousand black slave owners.

It was four thousand.

Like I said, 3,000 to 4,000.

Right.

And what about only 25% of the Confederate South own slaves?

So you think that all people, all white people, should be reimbursing you eight generations later?

You've had the economic ability to move for the last 100 years almost.

And guess who's outperformed you?

Asians, Hispanics, Indians, people from the Middle East have outperformed you over and over again.

Probably because they came here and they're not victimizing their slavery and holding it over everybody's head.

Maybe it's because they stood on their boots and they made a life for themselves.

And you guys have, too, these last 15 years with DEI and everything else that they've rolled out.
