saving grace if I look at my phone and I'm like oh okay time to take a breath and it's just like okay I've got eight minutes I can do that okay I may need to look I literally just look at the app and I'll see like where I've been stressed out and then I sit there going like but I don't know why I didn't feel stressed but maybe exactly you like yeah I didn't feel stressed so that's why I get so confused and I'm looking like there's all these spikes throughout the days then I got so confused like oh this is all just too much for me I'm just like a constant stress head yeah
