Good morning.

Nana's Log.

So apparently this is called chocolate chip log.

I talked to a couple of other Cantabrians in the office.

But we always knew it as Nana's Log.

And it was using choccy chippy biscuits and the orange, dipping them in orange.

But then it's using whipped cream in between.

And then you put the whipped cream over top and then cover it in flake and put it in the fridge for eight hours.

So I have made an orange Nana's Log.

And for those that don't like orange juice, I don't know if it's going to work though because it's the whole orange one.

I've used mango, apple and passion fruit juice.

I don't know if there's cameras for that.

Now I can't remember which one's what.

Yeah, well, you know.

Well, I think it's from Canterbury.

But, yeah, it's just using, maybe it's like back in the days of rationing where it was like, how can we make a dessert out of what we've got in the cupboards?

I used four packets of biscuits.

Four packets?

Four packets, so two packets for each dessert.
