I have actually thought about this.
Um, it's not a little thing.
It's around collaboration and it's that crossover between the academic world and accommodation, particularly around difficult times in the academic calendar.
So receiving results, that's a big one.
uh hand in deadlines and things like that.
I think there is a space for more collaboration so that we can focus on doing that compassionately together, particularly where you're giving students their academic results and they're not going to be what they wanted or expected and they're in their accommodation without their family around them.
how do we deal with those situations much more compassionately and in a more joined up way?
It will help to manage risk, but also it's just a much, much more gentle experience for them.
