And I think that's what Philip is trying to say.
You get to take breaks.
We take breaks in lots of different things in life.
Um, and this is one of those things that we need to take mandatory breaks from, right?
Your brain needs that break.
So please take care of yourself.

Um I it is an important one for me and I'm really glad to have been invited on and I hope you'll have me back another time.
Okay.
I mean, I think we can we should always continue to educate, right?
Um, because for me it's twofold, right?
Um, there's one piece of it that is that it has for a very long time been the logo to an autism organization that I cannot support, that is look to co-opt our community in ways that are unfair and certainly portrayed our community in ways that are unfair.
Um the other piece of it is what is sort of that.
You know, is it the right object to convey the meaning that is wanting to be conveyed?
Right.
And I get that for me, and I've certainly used this example very early in my diagnosis place, where it did feel like finding out about my autism was the piece that was missing for me to understand myself, to live my life.
And so I get that.
But what it does is it's it flips on itself and I feel like it becomes um more like we're somehow missing a piece.
