Why do autistic adults feel overwhelmed by current social and political climates?
So much of what is happening for autistics in our intersectional communities is so overwhelming. We are feeling the emotions of anger, sadness, fear, and even panic. Not only does it feel like the culture around us is out of control, but we also find it very difficult to stay in control of ourselves. Becca Lori Hector is here with us today to help us identify what we don't have control over and what we do have control over. Becca and I are going to talk about self-care is personal autistic leadership on this episode of today's autistic moment.
