It was why my self esteem was so low.

Um, and at that point in my life when diagnosis came in.

You know, when autism entered my life.

I was three years homebound and suicidal.

I had plans.

I had per you know, the whole deal.

I was really, really close.

And so I say a lot, autism saved my life.

And it did.

Um, I know I would be dead right now if it didn't come into my life at that particular time.

And so there was a lot of gratitude that went with the diagnosis too, like weirdly, and and and.

Um, because man, right, it really did save my life.

So it was a really emotional time, I wanna say.

It was like um that first year is very much was an emotional roller coaster for me.

It's my pleasure to be back.

I'm excited to he to be with you today.
