And so it's a really, really rough time right now for for your for mental health, but especially for our for autistic mental health.
And then we layer on top of it how very personal, right, it all is right now for us and our community.
So all of our friends are impacted.
Our cell we're all in right.
It's like right at our doorstep.
Right.
So it's a lot happening.
And here's the truth about all of it.
It is.
It's a lot happening all at once.
And that is the tactic.
The tactic is to overwhelm.
Right.
And if you're overwhelmed, you can't make good decisions.
