It puts everyone in spots where they're not just like panicking and it like helps everyone to not play a ton out of what they're supposed to be doing.

And like I feel like sometimes when you don't have structure, that's when a lot of the bad shots come in with the structure with the plays, then feels like that's what they're for.

They get you better shots, they get you easier shots to score.

I like structure.

And there's definitely times where you don't need the structure in transition and stuff, but I think a balance is great.

How do you

Well smart coach told me the three three best shots in basketball are a free throw, a layup, and a catch and shoot three.

So I think that a good shot is a shot that you have room, rhythm, and range.

Um yeah, I think that if you have like obviously catch and shoot where you have room is

Is a great thing because you're looking at the hoop, you're ready for the shot.

I think that the best shots obviously wide open layups are good.

Getting free throw lines are super getting to the free throw line is super efficient.

Um a bad shot is like one where you're off balance, you're I don't it's forced, like some there's a guy with a better shot.

Sometimes you'll have a good shot and then there's someone with a better shot.

And

And that's not a bad shot, but obviously there's always a better shot there.

Um, well, we just shot free throws at practice and we would shoot for a certain amount of time, but if you had a lot in a row, we'd keep going.

And once you get to 40 in a row, you'd the whole team would come over to your hoop and you'd shoot those 10.

And once you get to 50, you would get like a ball and you'd get your name on the 50 free throw club, and then you'd keep going as high as you can go, and then you'd do the same thing at 90 where everyone would come.
