Come over and once you get to 100, it would go away again.

But at 100, you'd get like shoes.

And yeah, I got it the first time, I think it was in the summer, I made like 56, I think.

And I was like, okay, I gotta get a hundred.

And obviously I keep I shoot free throws every day, like with my 300 shots.

And then in the season or towards the start of the season, I got a hundred fifty in a row.

Well, there's practices, which is every day after school for two hours, two and a half hours.

And then outside of practice, like practices take up a lot of time.

But outside of practice, for me at least, I was practicing on my own every day.

So sometimes that would mean waking up early, sometimes that would mean going to play after practice and like also lifting in season is a thing.

And

studying film.

So it's a it's a lot of time and sometimes it's pretty hard to balance it with school.

I don't know.

I kinda just use like Chat GPT and like a website online and it's like a split that's like push, pull, legs, push, pull, like or push, pull, legs, upper body, lower body.

So like the first day it's like chest, tricep, shoulders.

And then I'd try to lift like five days a week.
