So it's harder.
So it would usually be like two or three days a week.

Well we there's let's see, we had a drill, it was BYU transition and it would start with like a two V one or a free throw and then it would go to a two V one and then a three V two and a four V three and then a five V four and then five V five.
And it it helped in transition a ton 'cause like you have to push the ball, you have to go super fast.
And I don't know, sometimes it gets like out of control, so you have to also control this tempo of the game while still
being fast because you have the advantage.
You have five people and they have four people.
So that drill was super good because it helped in transition.
It also helped to stay under control.
And then there's another drill, similar kind of transition.
It was, I don't remember what we called it, but it would you'd have a 3v2 and then a guy would run on once you get past half court.
And that one also helps in transition a ton.
And
You have to go fast in that one too, because if you don't go fast, then they recover and then you're stuck in a a difficult situation and there was a shot clock on that one.
Yeah.
And then for shooting drills, drills where you have like a certain amount you're supposed to get to, or like drills where you're competing with where you're supposed to shoot it, get it off quick, drills where there's a guy contesting you and like where you're coming off.
the move where it's not just catch and shoot are always super helpful.
The main thing is we would go to McDonald's and we would get food and we'd play Among Us.
