Well, actually, it's not when I first got my diagnosis.

It's when I had my first symptoms that actually made me go, shit, something's not right here.

I need to go to the doctor.

So I'll be really open and honest.

It's a bit ick.

So close your ears if you don't like hearing yucky stuff.

I went to the bathroom.

I hadn't really had any symptoms.

I had noticed that

I was a lot tired than usual.

And I just thought, oh, it's just getting older.

It's trying to juggle all of the stuff that I'm doing at the moment.

And I'd often go in the boarding house and end up lying down on the girls' bunks.

And I was like, I'm quite comfortable here because I'd have to put them to bed and we'd play games and do reading and all of that sort of stuff before bed.

And I'd often lie down on one of their beds and I was like, shit, I'm poked.

Anyway, that was just one little thing, but didn't think too much of it.

Then I went to the toilet one day and there was blood.

And I went, oh, that's not a positive.

And then it kept happening.

And I made a doctor's appointment straight away.
