And a lot of people are like, oh, you've got to be present.
And I'm like, yeah, that's great.
But you also need an exciting vision of your future, which is like deeply compelling.
It's the pull energy rather than the push energy of I have to do this.
It's like, wow, I get to do this.
I get to live this life.
That's what we want.
The journey and the destination, we hold both in conjunction.
Can I speak about my live coaches?
So for my alive coaches, when we train them, we specifically train them on, we take them through their own alive journey because I want them to be alive.
And so the thing which I witnessed as I was training them, a lot of them is like coaching makes them come alive.
And that in itself is enough.
And when they are like doing it, it's like they're in flow.
It's like art to them.
Watching them coach, I'm like, you are, you are like world-class.
I love this.
So firstly, a great coach is alive in my perspective.
And then secondly, a great coach helps you think about the whole of life, not just success in your work life.
Because if I'm coaching you, I want you to thrive across everything.
