And the bus has to pull over and bring on the right people, the employees, your team. podcast-host

And then you got to bring on the right people and put them in the right seats on the bus. podcast-host

You might have the right people on the bus, but if you have them in the wrong seats, they're not going to thrive and your business is not going to work well. podcast-host

Or you might actually pull podcast-host

over, you think you brought the right people on board because, well, you don't know how to interview and you screwed up in the interview process and you just hired someone that you like because you think you could be friends with them, because you like their personality and the energy that they show up with. podcast-host

But where skill sets are concerned, their ability to multitask, their ability to problem solve, their ability to critical think, critically think, all those things they lack. podcast-host
