Yep.

So with any agricultural product, you never know exactly what you're going to get at harvest, right?

So the idea is to make sure you have enough to fulfill your needs, you know, to be able to sell sugar to companies and people that want it.

But you also don't want an overabundance.

And so it's kind of important to be able to find that balance.

And so that's...

something that you know has to be kind of managed by the company and so as growers you can't just you know you can't just pick up so you can't just buy seed and start growing sugar beets and expect to deliver them to american crystal so it's a co-op so you have to either own or rent shares to be a part of the company to be able to sell your sugar through them so that's how that works

So if you imagine, I think like a carrot.

Maybe this is a bad example.

I've seen it both ways where they cut the tops off the carrot and where they just pull the tops off.

So we don't pull them out.

But what we do is, so what we do for harvesting sugar beets is the first thing we do is we run a defoliator or a topper or a rotobeeter.

Correct.

So we have two Artsway defoliators and two Artsway harvesters, and they do a great job.

Nice thing about the defoliators is there's three drums on it.

The first set is metal flails, and then the next two are rubber.
