I'm not 100% certain how that works, but essentially it's in those places that keep the tops for cattle feed.
They have a special machine that cuts them off and collects them.

So when you top it, you got to harvest it right away.
Because if you top it, if you like went and topped the field in August and left it for a month, it would grow back.
Okay.
And the leaves, it would start shooting new leaves out, you know, depending on how far you damage down.
How far down you cut.
Well, yes and no.
Technically, they're still alive even in our piles.
Like when they're stored in the piles, they're technically still alive.
And so that's why it's important for us to get cold weather early in the winter because then we can freeze them down and then they clinically die at some point.
That's correct.
Yep.
So a lot of places up north where I should say where we farm up north, it's so cold where we can freeze them.
Where like other places in the world and in other growing regions in the U.S., they don't they can't store them like we do.
And so they either have to process them right away or they have to process them into like a beet sugar juice and then process the juice later.
