preparation done, but there is no formal or through line of family planning.

So oftentimes the advice that you might get it it really just depends on the experience of whoever is counseling you.

So um this may have been similar to your experience with a sweet couple who counseled us and they counseled us in the best that they they had with their experience and knowledge and they were absolutely wonderful.

But the the advice we were given for planning out our family and spacing out our kids for how we wanted to was to just be very careful with the type of birth control we chose because some forms of birth control are abort efficient.

They can abort babies unknowingly by the couple.

And so that was the advice that we were given.

Whereas now, knowing what I know about fertility awareness methods, it really truly makes me angry and frustrated that we were not given that further education about God's design of the female and the male body and when we're fertile, when we're not fertile, how to conceive, how to avoid conception if we're in a season of spacing out children.

And so

This should have been a part of your preparation in marriage and it wasn't.

So it's time to do it now.

And yes, most most of the time, even even if you were in a Catholic church, you still would have paid someone, you still would have paid a fertility awareness educator to teach you because it's it's their job, it's their work, right?

So that is part of what I do inside of Fertility Framework is you learn one of these fertility awareness methods.

And we go even deeper than just the method itself because your goal and your desire is to have a child and to have a full term pregnancy.

And so we do a higher level of tracking than just a basic level.

And

When I'm also talking about this tip of supporting her, your wife wants to learn this and she wants you to learn it with her because it will bless your marriage.

She wants to feel known and seen and understood by you.

And honestly, when you take this type of course, you will know your wife better, you will see your wife better, and you will understand her better physically, emotionally, and spiritually when you learn.
