I think when a company like Microsoft invests here, it really is a signal to investors, to other customers that, hey, you know, this is a place you want to be.
And, you know, Microsoft's been in this country for 40 plus years.
It knows the country well.
So I think, you know, what we'd say to others out there is take that as a sign of confidence in what Australia has to offer.
So it depends on what the workloads are.
And this is one of the things we talk about.
Not all data centres are the same and not all workloads in a data centre are the same.
So cloud, the majority of data centers in Australia service cloud uses.
Cloud tends to need low latency, and that's why they're built on the urban fringe, because that latency of what you use the service for, whether it's
real-time banking, whether it's video streaming, whether it's flight control of air traffic, which, you know, is done through data centers, you want that really low latency.
AI inferencing will probably be similar.
You want that really quick response.
It's back and forth all the time.
So that's why you tend to find data centers built on the urban fringe.
AI training is a little bit different.
So training workloads,
don't need the latency.
They can be interrupted.
So we could see those go to different locations, be further away from the city.
But at the moment, we don't have sort of pure AI training sitting on its own.
