By contrast, it is 2.3% of the amount of water we use in manufacturing.
So there's been some headlines out there.
Some of them have come from the US where there were some erroneous figures put out there that got corrected, but never quite could get put back.
We've had the same thing happen in Australia.
I think the thing to talk, we understand why water is an emotional issue, particularly here in Australia where we have droughts.
One, it's quite a modest amount of water.
Secondly, data centres really want to move to recycled water and non-potable water sources, but we need government to help us to do that.
Data centre operators will fund the infrastructure, but there's some legislative challenges around getting access to
recycled water for industrial purposes.
So we're working through that.
The other thing that's happening in the industry is there's a lot of innovation in how you cool the data center.
So with the new chips that drive AI, liquid to chip cooling, immersion cooling tends to be where we're heading rather than evaporative cooling that just doesn't do the job anymore.
Look, it's a huge vote in confidence.
I mean, Australia has all the natural attributes.
We've got land.
We've got political stability.
We're a Five Eyes nation.
We've got best practice data centre companies building alpha rating here for many, many years.
and the abundance of renewable energy.
So we know it's attractive.
