Like and and then it's like, why am I doing that to myself?
And I sort of decide that it's gonna go badly and then it does.
And like I've I I think I don't know I can but I think you do one does it.

And it's like adjusted my thinking about her before.
I'm thinking maybe it's gonna go well and maybe I like this and maybe I enjoy this and maybe this is what I'm supposed to do.
And I think also like part of it was

When you look on Instagram and you see other people.
And I was falling into those traps like so often and with people that I like deeply love as well.
Like people that are like deeply my friends.
