This was COVID, so we had more time.
And I would go one direction one day in a circle and the other direction the next day.
And as I walked, I would rarely run into anybody or see anybody.
And I would weep as I walked.
And looking back on it, I think that I was literally walking through the pain.

And I think moving my body, that sort of meditation of your feet on the pavement was helpful in kind of getting me just a little bit more alive, like a little bit better.
