So I've always been a very private person.
So this is very surprising to people, including myself, that I...
have been willing, have I wanted to tell the story.
Even more than that, it felt like just imperative to me.
Like I couldn't go on unless I was honest about what was happening to me.
So this is all the spotlight.
And now in sort of talking to people about the book is
Not natural for me, but I'm starting to enjoy it because it's really great to talk to people and to try and articulate the themes as I really wanted to show in my book.

I wrote a piece about the Osprey because I thought it was so important to me during that time because they were so predictable.
It was so regular.
It was consistent.
