Like, you're not good enough.

But yeah, you know, it was tough and it was a really long road for me.

Like I would get better, I would stop doing it, then it would start again, things would trigger me.

I never knew how to express my emotions.

I never knew how to talk about a problem.

Everything is so deep.

Like, anytime I talk to someone, it's a deep conversation.

express that I would never know how to speak about that like I would take that out of myself I'd be I don't know how to deal with this and you know I never really understood people who say oh you know the cliche a problem shared is a problem halved and people go oh yeah whatever no no is the truth there's a reason why that's so widely spread because as soon as I learned and I forced myself to talk about a lot of my issues I was like oh how am I letting my mind get to this point what am I doing

You know, what the hell is going on?

And, you know, I had, you know, people online are like chronically telling me I need therapy.

Like, I've been to therapy.

I have had therapy, you know.

And for me, yeah, I do laugh things off.

I make a joke of everything that upsets me.
