Like painters, grainsmen, camera people, everybody else, the drivers.
And so we just wanted, and believed, like when we started this company, we were like, look, you know, we know who makes our movie better.
This has kind of been mispriced the whole time.
The economics have been wrong.
When there's a big success, everybody who had a hand on it... Because you see a great director that people rely on or an actor that's considered bankable.
Yeah, every great director I've worked with, and I've worked with a lot of them, they have their regular crew members that ride or die with these people.
And you said it to me when we were starting the company.
You were like...
You know, those department heads, you know, who are each handling, like, you know, cinematography, you know, your camera department, you know, your grip department, your electric, like, all... These... This... Those people are...
ultimately the people who make the movie good.
They make a demonstrable difference in how good your movie is.
And if you bonus them.
It doesn't hurt either.
You know, it's not just all, you know, it's... It's not just rah-rah.
There's an actual, like, codified bonus structure to say, like, we...
