It wasn't through a lot of effort and hard work.
So I needed to make sure my kids saw that on an everyday basis.
And now, um, you know, I don't rest.
I haven't wrestled really in a while, but, um,
I try to let them see that through the other kids at the academy, how hard Aiden Sinclair or Mitchell Messermann or the Hawk and Peterson, how hard these guys work and how important it is to them and how if they're going to be elite at anything that they do, it's going to come through their own efforts.
Oh, yeah.
You haven't even... No, I mean, you know, honestly, it's kind of scary and weird.
But, like, you know, on Saturday when I had the rest match, I actually felt really good.
And it was, you know, I got lucky, right?
Because sometimes I still have days where I don't feel that good.
But the whole, like, pre-match, it was almost like I felt normal.
You know, I get out there, I watch Keegan, I watch Aiden, and we're all talking and chatting, and I feel kind of normal.
And so number one, it's like, oh, yeah, I'm going to get really tired when I go wrestle because I'm actually not normal right now.
Kind of feel normal because I'm exercising.
But then the other thing is like the thing I need to watch out for is getting sick.
And when when you feel normal, it's way more like, oh, I don't need a mask or, oh, I don't need people.
And but I do.
And that's so that's something that now as I'm getting healthier and feeling better, it's almost harder.
Right.
When you feel terrible, it's like, oh, yeah, I feel terrible.
