help me was just like doing the things that scared me in like little doses so that like i was more climatized to it uh so i would you know i'd be at school all day and then i'd come home and i like wouldn't wash my hands immediately okay now that just sounds fucking nasty like from an objective perspective
I just like wouldn't wash my hands or like see how long I go.
I'd be like, I'm going to go 15 minutes without washing my hands after like touching the bus handle.
And then that helped.
And now like, there's still some things I'm like a little bit neurotic about, but okay.
Next up, how do we find naturally responsible?
Good one.
Good question.
This is the, one of the most pressing issues I feel like most people face.
I would say,
Try and look at how – like out of all the things that you consume, what makes you happy?
Because like out of all the stuff that you spend money on like on a day-to-day basis, there's a good chance that a lot of it is like discretionary spending.
So let's say –
in app purchases and movie, TV, or like, uh, buying like a collectible plush charm or some shit like, or like, uh, like buying a little treat, like see how much of that you can cut out because I mean, I'm not saying you should never buy anything that's fun ever, but like, I, especially throughout like last year, like really tried to, cause I have like really fucking had spending problems before.
Um, especially when I started having fun money, I was like, I became a fucking demon with the credit card.
Um, and then I realized, eh, how come when I spend like nothing in a month on like, like shit that I don't need, I feel better than when I spend a bajillion fucking dollars on bullshit.
Next up, should I move from Portland to Ireland?
I don't fucking know.
What's your advice on choosing a career path, especially when the choices are pretty different?
Okay.
