So like, that's pretty much all anyone is asking.

So I will say this, and this will apply to every single person who is asking what to, what career do I pick?

it doesn't fucking matter obviously don't do anything i would say the biggest thing is choose a career path if you have the luxury of choosing one that does not leave the earth in a worse place but you need to i know that all of western culture says your career is what defines you it doesn't and that's what makes it so fucking scary is because you go through school where you're like and you become your own person you love the person you become and then you leave

grade 12 and you have to decide what career you're gonna be and they throw little pamphlets at you it's like become an optometrist become a plumber and you think of life for the rest of your life as i will be plumber as if that is your identity as if that's what defines you like i will be doing the pipes no no no no no no that is like maybe 10 of who you are of course is your profession

And maybe if it's something that you actually really enjoy, then it becomes more of you.

And that's, like, your own decision.

But there is so much more to life than just your career.

And obviously, it is a fact of life that we have to work.

We do have to work, actually, matter of fact.

Like, money just doesn't fall down.

I know that's fucking rich coming from someone who just fucking podcasts.

But, um...

It really is not.

So I think that, I mean, at least when I was trying to think of like, what the fuck was I going to do?

Everything sounded bad.

Like literally everything sounded bad.

They were like, come work in the oil rigs.

And I was like, oh, like.

So it's about finding something that, you know, you can obviously shoot for something that you're passionate about and that you'll enjoy.

But please realize that life is not your job.
