I mean it's like it's the worst.

I and listen, people that people that are runners, I I I am so impressed with you because like I don't know how you do it.

You know, just like people that just run all the time or do like marathons and shit.

Like I'm just like I just don't know how it's possible.

First of all, it's boring as hell.

Two, it's miserable.

You just feel like total ass the entire time.

You know, and three, your total rack, your whole body just hurts afterwards.

I'm like, I'd rather just pick up some heavy weights and put them down again.

Like that to me is is way better than than running for 10 hours or the hell those people do.

I mean, I just can't I can't do it, man.

For short distances, I got a lot of power for short distances.

I still got a five-minute mile, which I think is pretty damn impressive at 43 years old.

Yeah.

But I feel like death afterwards, but there's no way I'm running more than one mile at that at that point.
