So it's estimated by the King's Fund, this health think tank, that those stats that Jim was talking about are costing the NHS in England about £2.7 billion every year because you can't discharge those people into the system, even though they're clinically fit.

So potentially you invest more in social care, you'll reduce that overall bill.
So that's something to bear in mind.
Some other things to bear in mind is how much is it actually going to cost to do some of the reforms that have been floating?

So that was widely perceived as being, it being kicked into the long grass effectively.

So what Andy Burnham has announced today is that he's going to bring the final report to 2027.
He said this time next year, which is actually a little bit later than he initially suggested in a Guardian interview before he was PM.
He wanted to do it.
