But now is the time to do it, isn't it?
When impressions are being formed of him to pull out all the stops.
And I'm sure a lot of it was rehearsed, like a lot of the lines you can tell
And he had a lot of information in there.
It was very fluent, as you say, performance.

Humanity's next great voyage begins.
You know I like my buses.
I'll come on to them.
It's supposed to be me as a doctor.
Yeah, so I've had my head in a lot of spreadsheets when it comes to PIP, just trying to get my head around the overall figures, because they are really important for grounding this whole debate about the cost and the reform of it.
So there's about 4 million people in England and Wales today claiming PIP.
And that's up from about 2.4 million in 2020.
So a considerable rise over the past six years.
And the official projections suggest that by 2030, that number is going to rise to 5 million.
So between 2020 and 2030, more or less a doubling of the number of people on PIP.
And the biggest contributor to that increase in recent years, there's been a lot of coverage about this, but it is borne out by the statistics, has been people with mental health or what's called neurodevelopmental conditions.
So obviously that's things like anxiety, depression, but also ADHD and autism.
So they have been a growing share of the total number of people claiming PIP.
